Thank you for shopping at Lucinda. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@lucindua.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable products

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@lucindua.com.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@lucindua.com.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
